Life can be harsh sometimes, and aging is right up there on the "Challenging" list. However, there are so many things you can do to improve your physical and emotional aging issues.
It's springtime and a great time to create new solutions for issues that might be plaguing you:
1. No "get up and go" ?- Get up, go! Moving is a terrific way to change your physical and emotional state and set yourself on a positive path. What you do today WILL change the trajectory of your tomorrows.
2. Injured, sick or tired? - It happens. Illness, disease and injury will come across your path if you are lucky to live long enough. It's not about what you CAN'T do that matters, it's what you CAN DO. I just got out of a local pool (don't get me started on the benefits of swimming-- They are massive!) and talk to many over 80 year olds that say, and I quote "If I don't swim, I don't walk." Give moving more a try!
3. Down, depressed and not sleeping well? There is a saying that goes "Food is the most overused anxiety drug and exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant." It's true, don't let yourself be cheated out of a great life- many times good nutrition and careful exercise can boost your mood, even more than your meds can.
Why not take the time this spring to clean out your closet of old standing problems, and invite increased physical activity in as a solution?
Let's try a program together and see what great improvements you can make!
